First Worn : Animazement 2002
Well, since my sig on several boards is Hikaru or a variation of that -
no surprise I would make this costume. Quite a bit of this costume was piecemealed.
I already had the shoes(in pretty bad shape after DragonCon), added the black stripe to socks.
Skirt was taken up and red stripe added. Jacket was altered quite a bit. Collar and bow made
for the shirt. Mokona and too small wig already had.
