Suzaku no Miko
First Worn : Animazement 2004
I had wanted to do this alternate Suzaku no Miko for quite a while,
as thought it was pretty and hadn't seen it done. When I found the black material
with flowers I knew it was going to be for a Fushigi Yuugi or a Juuni Kokki costume -
then I remembered this black dress. I had to change the plunging neckline for
my comfort so I wouldn't have to worry about it wandering. The black dress is
lined in wine red - but don't see that much as don't have wind blowing like the
drawing. The pink skirt is two layers - top part is the same sheer as sleeves and
neck ruffle, under that is a heavier weight darker pink. I tried matching
most of the jewelry - I hated wearing that many bracelets and the next time
I wore it some of the bracelets were left off.
