First Worn : DragonCon 2004
Yes, another obscure costume for me - this time from Juuni Kokki / Kokuki aka 12 Kingdoms. I was originally going to wear this at Otakon - but it started raining as I was putting it on. This outfit is based on the cd art above(I changed the outer robe trim to better go with the rest of the outfits colors among other things) - someday I may figure out how to do those silly hairloops without it looking silly. Since the art cuts off right around her waist, I made an overskirt for this like some of her other Empress outfits have - but probably will only wear it at fall/winter cons as all the layers can get quite hot. Still working on this. I was surprised at DragonCon when someone actually recognized it.
